Deleting a Region

1. When you first enter the Region option a Select An Option window will appear; select the region you wish to delete.

2. Command options will appear:

• Change – Select Change to make changes to the region.
• Delete – Select Delete to delete the region.
• Exit – Select Exit to exit and return to the Select An Option window.

Select Delete.

The region is now deleted.

Note: You cannot delete the region if records are found in history.
